This website is a B2B catalog and inquiry platform. It does not operate a shopping cart or online checkout. Product information, specifications and images are provided for wholesale and OEM inquiry purposes only.

2. Quotations and Pricing

No prices are published on this website. Pricing, minimum order details, shipping and payment terms are provided in a quotation and are confirmed in the order or proforma invoice. A quotation is not a binding offer until accepted by both sides.

3. Minimum Order

Ready catalog products accept a minimum order of 1 piece for sampling. Custom OEM/ODM projects have separate minimums, which are stated in the quotation.

4. Product Information and Compatibility

We aim to keep specifications, weights, dimensions and compatibility accurate, but they may be updated as products improve. Placeholder images are shown until final photography is uploaded. Final specifications follow the confirmed order or product sample.

5. Intellectual Property

The JINGOX name, logo and website content are property of Shenzhen Zhimi Technology Co., Ltd. Third-party console names and trademarks — including Nintendo, Switch, PlayStation, PS5, PS4, Xbox, Meta Quest, Steam Deck and related names — are the property of their respective owners. They are used solely to describe compatibility; JINGOX products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these companies. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any trademarks supplied for OEM orders.

6. Orders and Lead Times

Order details, lead times, sampling and delivery schedules are confirmed in writing. Lead times start after sample approval and order confirmation. Any change to a confirmed order, including quantity, specifications or delivery date, must be agreed in writing by both sides.

7. Shipping and Risk

Shipping method, delivery terms (Incoterms) and costs are agreed in the quotation. Risk and title transfer as set out in the agreed delivery terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its information are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from the website or an order will first be settled through friendly negotiation; if it cannot be settled within a reasonable period, it will be submitted to the competent people's court in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
